Congratulations to Tom McGuinness, aged 17 being the youngest apprentice to complete the Waste Management Industry Training and Advisory Board (WAMITAB) DASH Health and Safety Induction Programme.
The Programme is aimed at the Waste and Recycling Industry having a fatality rate 10 times greater than the national industry average, in addition it also has a serious accident rate 4 times the all industry average.
The DASH Induction Programme is endorsed by WAMITAB and the HSE.
The DASH Health and Safety Induction Training Programme was set up to take positive steps in reducing work-related accident and injury.
